	SURVEY DEMOGRAPHICS	The survey’s three key findings are as follows: 80% of Salt Lake City residents are concerned about crime. Voters strongly oppose the city’s policy of not responding to burglar alarms unless they are verified by a third party. And only 16% of voters surveys think police services or crime prevention improved after police ended response to alarm systems in 2000.
